Sr. Delivery Manager, Professional Services – ERP Solutions

Location: Remote Malaysia; Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Periodic travel to client or project locations may be required.

What you will do

• Lead pre-sales discovery, shape engagement approaches, prepare estimates, and define deliverables with Sales, Solution Architects, and subject-matter experts.
• Lead delivery of ERP consulting engagements for large enterprise clients, primarily across SAP and Oracle environments.
• Provide governance for multiple projects and workstreams covering ERP applications, data, integrations, and security.
• Run governance forums, status reporting, executive communications, expectation management, and escalations.
• Improve pre-sales and delivery methods and develop reusable delivery assets.
• Identify opportunities to expand professional services within client accounts.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience leading ERP delivery in SAP and/or Oracle environments, including implementations, upgrades, transformations, or major enhancements.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Experience managing cross-functional delivery across functional and technical workstreams, including integrations, data, testing, cutover, and go-live stabilization.
• Depth in either functional ERP consulting or technical ERP delivery, including configuration, security and roles, operations, development, reporting, or integrations.
• Experience with scope, schedule, budget, RAID, change control, dependency and risk management, executive communications, and stakeholder management.
• Strong client-facing, communication, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
