Sr. Manager, Finance Apps (O2C Loaner)

Location: Raynham, Massachusetts, United States of America; hybrid work. Travel of up to 10–20% domestically and/or internationally is required.

Salary: 183,500 USD annual base pay.

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, delivery, and ongoing support of enterprise finance applications for Order-to-Cash loaner processes.
• Oversee systems supporting billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, collections, revenue processes, and loaner asset inventory tracking.
• Partner with Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Technology stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Lead ERP and connected-platform implementations, enhancements, integrations, and system harmonization initiatives.
• Drive improvements in financial data quality, reporting, process standardization, and regulatory controls.
• Manage vendors and service-level performance while developing a team of technology and functional experts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 10–12 years of experience in finance systems, enterprise applications, or IT supporting finance processes.
• Strong expertise in Order-to-Cash processes, including billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable.
• Experience leading enterprise finance platforms such as SAP or Oracle ERP, with knowledge of financial controls, compliance, and reporting.
• Experience leading teams and cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed, global environment.
• English is required.

Nice to have

• MBA, master’s degree, or another relevant advanced degree.
• Healthcare, MedTech, or regulated-industry experience, including loaner or field inventory management.
• Experience with ERP modernization, S/4HANA, data analytics, reporting platforms, or financial data architecture.
• SAP, PMP, Finance, or Accounting certifications.
• Experience managing external vendors or system integrators.
