D365 BC Delivery Manager (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)

Location: Fully remote, UK

Salary: £80,000–£90,000 per annum, depending on experience

What you will do

• Lead and support Team Leaders across multiple Service Delivery teams.
• Oversee resource allocation, utilization, workload, and capacity planning.
• Manage the day-to-day stability, quality, and consistency of the Service Delivery function.
• Act as the first escalation point for internal and customer delivery issues.
• Deliver complex technology, ERP, and business transformation programs across Microsoft and enterprise environments.
• Drive governance, risk mitigation, continuous improvement, and alignment between business objectives and technology outcomes.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Project or Service Delivery at Team Lead or Manager level.
• Hands-on experience delivering ERP projects, ideally with Dynamics NAV or Business Central.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams, customer priorities, and delivery teams.
• Strong customer-facing experience across discovery, UAT, go-lives, and post-go-live support.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches.
