Senior SAP Delivery & Dependency Manager (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: Málaga, Spain office, hybrid, or full remote from home; collaboration with the partner headquarters in Düsseldorf, Germany.

What you will do

• Drive day-to-day execution across the SAP Core Enablement workstream and keep deliverables and milestones on track.
• Maintain integrated plans, critical paths, RAID items, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
• Manage cross-workstream dependencies across SAP, product and business teams, data migration, integration, testing, and transition.
• Coordinate delivery readiness for Build, Test, Cutover, and Hypercare phases.
• Facilitate planning sessions, workshops, and operational delivery forums across internal teams and implementation partners.
• Provide transparent reporting and drive ownership and resolution of blockers, risks, and outstanding decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in SAP project and programme delivery.
• Experience with large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes and SAP functional and technical delivery lifecycles.
• Strong experience in dependency management, integrated planning, milestone and critical-path management, RAID management, and decision tracking.
• Experience coordinating Build, Test, Cutover, Hypercare, and delivery-readiness activities.
• Experience with System Integrators, complex vendor ecosystems, matrix organisations, and international delivery environments.
• Fluent English required; strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, organisation, and decision-support skills.
