Director of Supply Chain & Procurement (Property Claims)

What you will do

• Lead multiple network management and supply chain teams through senior managers, building accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee service delivery across the Property division and ensure consistent outcomes for clients and customers.
• Own divisional revenue, profitability, forecasting, cost management, and broader financial performance.
• Manage and optimize supplier relationships across hirify.global Repair, BVS Verso, repair contractors, and other supply chain partners.
• Monitor operational performance through reporting, data analysis, and KPI management.
• Support business development, tenders, client proposals, innovation, and strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading large operational teams directly and through senior management structures.
• At least 10 years of experience in the property claims sector, with strong knowledge of property insurance and building repair services.
• Demonstrated responsibility for P&L, revenue growth, cost control, and financial performance.
• Experience managing complex supplier networks, repair contractors, or supply chain partnerships.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, reporting, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Full, clean UK driving licence required.
