Senior Procurement Package Manager (Data Centre Construction)

What you will do

• Lead procurement activities across multiple data centre construction projects and work packages.
• Review procurement plans, schedules, tendering activities, bid evaluations, recommendation reports, and contract awards.
• Support commercial negotiations, supplier engagement, sourcing strategies, and procurement delivery against project budgets.
• Manage supplier performance, market conditions, contractor capacity, and strategic supply chain risks.
• Monitor procurement reporting, governance, audits, compliance, and mitigation of procurement risks.
• Lead, mentor, coach, and provide technical guidance to Procurement Managers, Package Managers, and procurement specialists.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of progressively senior procurement experience.
• Experience in construction, preferably within pharmaceutical or medical device sectors, or an EPC background in oil and gas.
• Degree in procurement, supply chain management, or a related discipline.
• CIPS certification or active progress toward completing it.
• Strong problem-solving, commercial judgement, communication, influencing, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Dublin, Ireland.
