Sr. Delivery Manager, Professional Services – ERP Solutions (SAP/Oracle)

Location: Remote in Seoul, Republic of Korea; periodic travel to client or project locations may be required.

What you will do

• Lead pre-sales discovery, shape consulting approaches, build estimates, and define deliverables.
• Manage delivery governance and predictable execution across multiple ERP projects and workstreams.
• Coordinate Sales, Solution Architects, subject matter experts, and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Lead governance forums, status reporting, executive communications, escalations, and expectation management.
• Improve pre-sales methods and delivery practices while developing reusable assets and identifying account expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 15+ years of ERP delivery leadership experience in SAP and/or Oracle environments, including implementations, upgrades, transformations, or major enhancements.
• Experience managing functional and technical workstreams such as integrations, data, testing, cutover, and go-live stabilization.
• Depth in either functional ERP consulting or technical ERP delivery, including configuration, security and roles, operations, development, reporting, or integrations.
• Experience with scope, schedule, budget, RAID, change control, delivery governance, executive communications, and stakeholder management.
• Strong client-facing, communication, facilitation, analytical, problem-solving, and continuous-improvement skills.
