Student, HR Opportunities (Winter 2027)

Location: Toronto office with a flexible hybrid work arrangement; current work authorization for Canada is required.

Salary: CAD 23.00–27.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Support recruiters across the talent acquisition lifecycle, including Workday processing, job postings, offer letter preparation, onboarding, background checks, application forms, and reference checks.
• Coordinate administrative activities with recruiters and the Human Resources team.
• Review talent acquisition processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support Learning and Development designers with data collection, content creation, and learning delivery.
• Administer the learning management system and use design tools to create learning content.
• Complete ad hoc HR projects and contribute to the recruitment or learning function.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a registered co-op program and available full time for the entire co-op term.
• Enrolled in a post-secondary institution, preferably in a Human Resources Management program.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate tact, diplomacy, discretion, and judgment.
• Ability to balance and prioritize tasks with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Previous HR work experience is an asset.
