Senior Analyst, Learning And Development (Future Skills & LBU)

Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada; onsite at 1940 Argentia Rd

Salary: CAD 74,000–101,750 per year, based on relevant experience.

What you will do

• Design, execute, and evaluate talent and learning projects, including Future Skills, Live Better U, AI capability-building programs, and curated learning pathways.
• Identify emerging capability needs and source or curate internal and third-party learning content.
• Analyze learning, participation, and workforce capability data to create dashboards, trend analysis, and actionable insights.
• Administer and continuously improve the Live Better U tuition assistance platform while coordinating with vendors and internal partners.
• Develop associate communications, intranet content, digital asset libraries, and learning resources to increase program awareness and engagement.
• Manage stakeholder feedback, quality assurance, scope changes, risks, and delivery of learning and technology initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, Talent Management, or a related field.
• Experience analyzing data with Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Ability to generate actionable insights and communicate findings clearly.
• Experience with digital content authoring, content curation, asset management, learning platforms, or learning technologies.
• Strong project management, organizational, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder partnership skills.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies, including AI, and the ability to learn and apply new digital tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with external vendors or education technology solutions.
• Certification in Learning & Development, HR, Analytics, or a related discipline, such as CPTD, SHRM, or CHRP.
• Experience supporting bilingual learning deployments.
