Location: Primary residence required in or near approved cities in the United States, Canada, or Mexico; occasional in-person attendance is required. Flex supports flexible workstyles with intentional in-person collaboration.
Salary: $141,000β$244,000 annually in the United States outside California; $171,000β$256,500 annually in California; CAD 179,000β228,000 annually in Canada. The role is also eligible for equity and benefits.

What you will do
- Own the user acquisition roadmap and determine engineering investment as market conditions change.
- Evaluate acquisition performance across paid search and social, SEO, partnerships, brand, and product-led channels.
- Build product-based acquisition mechanics such as referrals, sharing, growth loops, discoverability, and channel integrations.
- Improve search and AI-answer-engine readiness, acquisition tracking, experimentation, attribution, and funnel optimization.
- Set measurement standards that connect acquisition investment to long-term subscriber value.
- Partner with Performance Marketing, SEO, Partnerships, Brand, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Data Science, and Product.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in product management or growth, including 2 or more years focused on user acquisition.
- Hybrid experience combining product management with deep growth marketing expertise, or growth marketing with strong product management experience.
- Working fluency across paid search and social, SEO and organic discovery, partnerships, and product-led acquisition.
- Experience building acquisition mechanics into products, including growth loops.
- Strong proficiency in data analytics, experimentation, attribution, and funnel optimization.
- Ability to influence without direct authority, work through ambiguity, and align marketing and product organizations.
Nice to have
- Experience optimizing for AI search and answer engines.
- SEO experience at significant scale.
- Experience with B2C or B2B2C distribution models.
