Business Systems Manager (Field Systems)

Location: Onsite in Westminster, Colorado or Dayton, Ohio, or remote within the United States. Travel as needed.

Salary: $105,600–$145,200 per year, with bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Manage, optimize, and integrate enterprise business systems to improve operational performance and scalability.
• Direct vendor partnerships, service-level agreements, and external service evaluations.
• Lead and mentor a team of business systems professionals.
• Coordinate system upgrades, software integrations, deployments, timelines, and resources.
• Drive process improvements, workflow automation, and resolution of technical challenges across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in business systems management, project execution, and organizational change management.
• Experience managing vendor relationships, service-level agreements, and external service delivery.
• Team leadership and staff mentoring experience, including setting stretch goals.
• Strong analytical, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven global technology environments.
• Familiarity with Field Systems or go-to-market operational workflows.
