Senior Manager - Global Business Systems

Location: Virtual, Chicago, IL, USA

Salary: $160,000–$190,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute the global strategy and roadmap for enterprise business systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, CRM, HRIS, and related applications.
• Lead business systems analysts, architects, administrators, and technical leads.
• Partner with executives and business leaders to identify technology opportunities, optimize processes, and drive digital transformation.
• Oversee enterprise application implementation, enhancement, integration, support, and user adoption.
• Manage global systems projects, portfolios, budgets, resources, vendors, implementation partners, and service providers.
• Establish governance, KPIs, standards, and best practices while ensuring system reliability, scalability, security, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience supporting enterprise business applications.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams, programs, or business technology functions.
• Experience leading global or multi-regional business systems environments.
• Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, and HRIS platforms.
• Ability to manage strategic planning, budgets, governance, change management, and executive communication.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree, MBA, or advanced education in information systems or technology management.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365, PMP, ITIL, Agile, Scrum, or change management certification.
• Experience leading digital transformation and enterprise modernization initiatives.
