Strategy Business Partner (Mobile)

Location: 100% remote within the United States; candidates must already be authorized to work for any US employer without current or future visa sponsorship. Travel of up to 5–10% may include overnight and out-of-state travel.

Salary: $180,000–$190,000 plus a 10% bonus.

What you will do

• Lead strategic planning, communication, and execution for defined business areas.
• Build and prioritize strategy roadmaps and portfolios based on business outcomes, resources, budgets, and enterprise priorities.
• Oversee enterprise-wide initiatives and coordinate execution across business, technology, product, finance, operations, and PMO teams.
• Manage strategy KPIs, financial planning, capital allocation, budgets, risks, milestones, and executive updates.
• Prepare executive-level reporting, board presentations, strategic communications, and budget variance explanations.
• Manage vendors and related MSAs and SOWs while supporting agile transformation and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, strategy, or a related field; an MBA is strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in corporate strategy or strategic operations; 15 years is preferred.
• Strong experience with enterprise systems, delivery methods, complex programs, cross-functional teams, and scaling operations.
• Excellent executive communication, leadership, analytical, financial modeling, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate across teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern communication tools such as Microsoft Teams; willingness to work flexible hours and travel.
