Salesforce Developer

Location: Minneapolis, MN, United States. This position requires work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship in the United States.

Salary: $87,600–$144,000 per year.

What you will do

• Design, build, configure, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.
• Develop and improve integrations between Salesforce and other business systems using SOAP, REST, BULK APIs, web services, and third-party integration tools.
• Write meaningful unit tests and participate in QA and user acceptance testing.
• Investigate and resolve production defects, data issues, and user-reported problems.
• Work with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Field Service Lightning.
• Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, release management, impact analysis, and CI/CD deployments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning frameworks, Salesforce APIs, and Salesforce integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components and at least one Salesforce cloud.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies, plus experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD tooling.
• United States work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship requirements.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Administrator, or Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
• Equivalent demonstrated experience in place of certifications.
