What you will do

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Paid Social, SEA, and Display.
• Analyze campaign performance and turn results into actionable optimization insights.
• Support budget planning, monitoring, and allocation across marketing channels.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Design, Pricing, Analytics, and Tech teams.
• Research emerging performance marketing trends, tools, and platforms.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media, or a comparable field.
• Initial practical experience in performance marketing or e-commerce through internships, working student positions, or a first full-time role.
• Passion for digital advertising and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of numbers and KPIs.
• Structured, independent, proactive, collaborative, and team-oriented working style.
• Excellent English skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of app marketing or paid social.
• Initial experience with Adjust, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, or similar platforms.
