Senior Analyst - Value and Evidence Advisory

What you will do

• Support project teams with research, data analysis, and task execution under project leadership.
• Conduct secondary research on healthcare policy, payer coverage, pricing and reimbursement, competitive intelligence, and therapeutic areas.
• Collect, organize, and synthesize published literature, payer policies, clinical evidence, and other information.
• Support primary market research through interview guides, surveys, interview notes, and synthesis of stakeholder insights.
• Build knowledge of client organizations, therapeutic markets, and healthcare business models.
• Identify workstream issues, recommend solutions, communicate proactively, and support onboarding of interns and new team members as experience grows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, public health, health economics, business, economics, or a related discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in management or strategy consulting, life sciences strategy, or a related field; relevant market access or healthcare consulting experience may support Senior Analyst-level consideration.
• Strong research, analytical, critical-thinking, and information-synthesis skills.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, with comfort working in a global, cross-cultural environment.

Nice to have

• Internship, academic, or professional experience in healthcare, life sciences, consulting, market research, or data analytics.
• Familiarity with U.S. or global healthcare systems, managed care, pricing, reimbursement, or market access.
• Experience analyzing qualitative or quantitative data and building presentation-based deliverables.
• Exposure to primary or secondary market research methodologies.
