Management Consultant (Healthcare/Life Sciences)

Location: Casablanca, Morocco; flexible working environment with flexible hours and the possibility of working from home.

What you will do

• Contribute to management consulting projects and complex engagement components for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients.
• Analyze client requirements, business challenges, and data from multiple sources using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Develop recommendations, reports, proposals, presentations, and other client deliverables.
• Present analyses and insights to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Support project planning, delivery quality, client communication, and collaboration across functions and geographies.
• Provide guidance to Analysts and contribute to proposal development and follow-on opportunities.

Requirements

• Degree in Pharmacy or Medicine, or a relevant Master's degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, Public Health, or a related discipline.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in management consulting, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, project-management, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of consulting methodologies and current pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences developments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and translate analysis into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

Nice to have

• Fluency in English and French.
• International or cross-geography experience.
