Fabric Maintenance Planner (Offshore)

Location: Broussard, Louisiana, USA; onsite work with periodic offshore visits

What you will do

• Develop and maintain fabric maintenance plans, work scopes, schedules, workpacks, and work instructions for deepwater assets.
• Prioritize overdue, high-risk, and condition-critical work scopes using inspection findings, engineering requirements, and operational priorities.
• Coordinate resource forecasting, material planning, execution readiness, and support requirements with operations, maintenance, projects, inspectors, engineers, supervisors, and contractors.
• Develop campaign plans covering scope grouping, nesting, sequencing, and scheduling.
• Conduct periodic offshore visits for scope validation, asset walk downs, and planning activities.
• Maintain planning metrics, provide schedule updates, and support annual operating plans and long-term maintenance strategies.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience planning offshore fabric maintenance activities.
• Strong knowledge of fabric maintenance, coatings, insulation, asset integrity, workpack development, campaign planning, and integrated scheduling.
• Experience working with offshore operations, inspection teams, engineering disciplines, and contractors.
• Knowledge of industrial safety standards, offshore logistics, and maintenance execution processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Experience with CMMS platforms such as SAP.
• Experience with Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6.
• AMPP/NACE, ICorr, FROSIO, PMI, APMP, or equivalent certification.
