Operations Maintenance Coordinator (Petrochemical)

What you will do

• Coordinate preventive, predictive, corrective, planned, and emergent maintenance activities from identification through execution.
• Lead daily and weekly planning and scheduling meetings and align resources with operational priorities.
• Act as the primary interface between operations, maintenance, engineering, SHE teams, and contractors.
• Manage SAP work orders, notifications, maintenance backlogs, priorities, documentation, and schedule compliance.
• Support mechanical integrity, asset care, reliability, turnaround, outage, and continuous improvement programs.
• Monitor maintenance costs and KPIs, support budgeting, and improve execution efficiency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of maintenance or operations-related experience in a petrochemical manufacturing facility.
• High school diploma or GED and at least 18 years of age; technical education is preferred.
• Must possess or obtain a TWIC card before the first day of employment.
• Must hold a current, valid motor vehicle license in the United States.
• Experience with maintenance planning, scheduling, work management, plant equipment reliability, and cross-functional operations.
• Proficiency with SAP or CMMS and Microsoft Office, with strong organization, prioritization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
