Power Distribution Planner/Scheduler (Electrical Maintenance)

INEOS Olefins & Polymers USA operates manufacturing and petrochemical facilities requiring safe, compliant, and reliable plant maintenance.

What you will do

• Plan routine, preventive, and corrective instrument and electrical maintenance work, including job steps, manpower, materials, tools, procedures, and work packages.
• Schedule Power Distribution maintenance across rolling three-month and fully engineered three-week planning windows.
• Coordinate outage and turnaround scope, third-party services, risk assessments, work packs, resources, and schedule execution.
• Manage SAP maintenance master data, preventive maintenance plans, work orders, task lists, notifications, requisitions, and equipment history.
• Forecast labor, services, and material costs, manage maintenance budget allocations, and compare actual execution against estimates.
• Provide backup support to the Power Distribution Supervisor, including technician supervision, field audits, safety meetings, and coaching.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in an electrical field is preferred.
• 10+ years of direct planning and scheduling experience, or 5+ years of electrical maintenance experience in a petrochemical environment with relevant education or certifications and planning experience.
• Required knowledge of the SAP Plant Maintenance module, including reports, maintenance items, task lists, notifications, orders, schedules, and requisitions.
• Hands-on knowledge of instrumentation and electrical systems, maintenance work processes, and equipment used in manufacturing facilities.
• Strong communication, leadership, organization, problem-solving, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Must possess or obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card before the first day of employment.

Nice to have

• Associate degree in an electrical field.
• NCCER certifications in high voltage.
• Experience with Viziya and vendor cost-estimate development.
