Head of Product - Business Banking (Fintech)

Location: San Francisco, New York, Portland, or remote within Canada or the United States

Salary: US employees: $289,700–$362,100 USD; Canadian employees: $273,800–$342,200 CAD. Total rewards also include equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the business banking P&L, strategy, product offering, and business performance.
• Lead the development of accounts, user experiences, payments, new payment rails, and agent-powered capabilities.
• Build AI- and data-driven experiences for hundreds of thousands of businesses.
• Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing product management organization.
• Launch new financial products from 0-1 and scale them alongside the core banking product.
• Own reliability, uptime, correctness, latency, support outcomes, and cross-functional alignment across the banking ecosystem.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience, ideally in banking, payments, platforms, or financial products.
• 5+ years leading product managers, including hiring, coaching, organizational design, and performance management.
• Strong understanding of business banking, including account opening, KYB, deposits, liquidity, ACH, wires, checks, international payments, FedNow, and RTP.
• Experience launching and scaling 0-1 financial products and operating large products with active customers.
• Strong commercial judgment, product craft, experimentation discipline, and customer-centered decision-making.
• Experience balancing customer experience with controls in regulated, risk-sensitive environments.

• Experience in fintech or another high-growth environment.
