July 2027 Executive Search Analyst Program - Philadelphia, San Francisco, Boston, Chicago

Location: Hybrid roles in Philadelphia, San Francisco, Boston, or Chicago, United States. The first month requires five days per week in the Philadelphia office for classroom training.

What you will do

• Complete a structured 10-month program with classroom training and three rotations across industry and functional practices.
• Research market ecosystems, identify candidate profiles, and build target company lists.
• Conduct candidate outreach and develop pipelines for executive searches.
• Manage candidate data and the full candidate lifecycle in the Thrive CRM.
• Attend client update calls, report search progress, and support search teams on calls and meetings.
• Progress toward owning the full candidate lifecycle and managing 5–7 concurrent searches.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or graduating within the next 12 months.
• Long-term interest in executive search.
• Adaptability, collaboration, curiosity, data-driven thinking, problem-solving, resilience, and responsibility.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-scaling and ambiguous business environment.
• Ability to participate in hybrid work in Philadelphia, San Francisco, Boston, or Chicago, including five days per week in the Philadelphia office during the first month.

• Super Day with two interviews involving Executive Search Senior Associates, Principals, and Partners, followed by a debrief and offer decision.
