Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own the strategy, prioritisation, and roadmap for hirify.global Learn.
• Research frontline users, identify recurring problems, and validate opportunities using customer insight and product data.
• Translate validated opportunities into specifications, prototypes, and high-quality product experiences with Design, Engineering, and QA.
• Shape AI-powered capabilities for course generation, adaptive assessment, personalisation, and translation.
• Use AI-assisted tools, no-code platforms, and light coding to prototype, analyse data, and reduce delivery dependencies.
• Lead launches, documentation, adoption measurement, and post-release product improvement.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of Product Manager experience in a B2B SaaS business.
• Experience owning a product area or feature end to end, from discovery through launch, adoption, and performance measurement.
• Strong product discovery, prioritisation, cross-functional collaboration, and evidence-based decision-making skills.
• Hands-on experience writing specifications, building clickable prototypes, testing product experiences, and analysing product data.
• Daily practical use of AI tools, including the ability to build prototypes with AI-assisted tools, no-code platforms, or light coding.
• Understanding of large language model capabilities and limitations, with confidence working directly with data.

Nice to have

• Technical or analytical educational background.
• Experience in EdTech, learning and development, retail, hospitality, or another frontline-heavy industry.
• Experience shipping LLM-powered features into production.
• French-language skills.
