What you will do

• Build and manage relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Develop new clients, understand their talent needs, and negotiate recruitment agreements.
• Identify and headhunt mid-to-senior and executive-level professionals.
• Build candidate pipelines through proactive outreach and relationship development.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from introductions and interviews through offer negotiation and post-placement support.
• Use technology and data to identify opportunities, track market trends, and improve outreach.

Requirements

• Entry-level candidates are welcome; previous recruitment experience is not required.
• Ambition, strong communication skills, professionalism, and resilience.
• Evidence of a strong work ethic through sport, part-time work, internships, or academic experience.
• A 2:1 degree or above, or at least two years of experience in a sales environment.
• Consistent activity, ownership of results, and willingness to make calls and develop relationships.
• Ability to work in London.
