What you will do

• Prepare job adverts, publish roles, and source candidates through job boards and social media.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with the recruitment team.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide updates and feedback.
• Conduct employment checks and process accepted offers.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve recruitment strategies.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or current student in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with close attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills, a proactive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
• Competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Interest in connecting with people and building professional relationships.
