Sourcing Manager Operations Services (AI)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end category strategy and execution for operations services spend across North America.
• Develop sourcing strategies covering facilities management, MRO, maintenance, sanitation, waste management, pest control, environmental services, and integrated facilities management.
• Lead complex sourcing events, supplier negotiations, supplier consolidation, and service standardization initiatives.
• Build fact-based recommendations for senior leadership and lead cross-functional projects across Operations, Engineering, Finance, Quality, Food Safety, EHS, Legal, and Supply Chain.
• Develop supplier performance frameworks, governance processes, and KPI scorecards.
• Use data analytics, market intelligence, digital tools, and AI-enabled solutions to identify opportunities and support decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, operations, engineering, facilities management, manufacturing, consulting, or a related function.
• Experience leading complex negotiations, sourcing initiatives, multi-site operations, or service networks.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable business results and present business cases to senior leaders.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, analytical and strategic thinking, negotiation, project management, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and lead cross-functional initiatives in complex, ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing, food manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, facilities management, or engineering services.
• Experience with MRO, environmental services, sanitation, waste management, pest control, or integrated services models.
• Experience using analytics, automation, AI tools, and data-driven decision-making.
• MBA or a related advanced degree.
