Supplier Delivery Leader (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite at the Centennial, Colorado facility, United States. U.S. citizenship is required, and the role requires the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.

Salary: $140,000–$175,000 base salary per year.

What you will do

• Manage supplier delivery commitments and serve as the primary procurement contact for delivery issues affecting assembly and operations.
• Monitor on-time delivery, schedule attainment, past-due orders, commitment accuracy, recovery performance, and supplier responsiveness.
• Identify material shortages, late orders, capacity constraints, and other risks before they affect production.
• Develop and execute supplier recovery plans, including root-cause analysis, escalation meetings, supplier visits, and production reviews.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Supply Chain Planning, Assembly, Manufacturing Programs, Engineering, Quality, and suppliers to align delivery plans with production priorities.
• Build supplier scorecards, dashboards, and standard processes to improve delivery performance and reduce reactive expediting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in procurement, production control, manufacturing, supply chain planning, or supplier management.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, production requirements, supplier management, and plant operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, cross-functional leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to drive execution under pressure and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.
