Senior Operations Engineer

What you will do

• Lead complex engineering assignments and cross-functional technical project teams.
• Analyze supply chain costs, value-stream capabilities, and economic principles to recommend improvements.
• Develop and implement engineering, quality, product, and process-improvement initiatives.
• Conduct feasibility studies, define engineering criteria, and estimate manpower and project costs.
• Coordinate major project segments, budgets, expenses, schedules, and delivery objectives.
• Coach and mentor others while presenting engineering work clearly to production, engineering, and management stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited program.
• 7–10 years of professional experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical project teams.
• Knowledge of Lean principles, continuous improvement, engineering processes, and quality processes.
• Strong engineering problem-solving, prioritization, communication, and business judgment skills.
