Work Cell Leader - Warehouse

What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day activities of Material Support personnel within the warehouse organization.
• Ensure safe and effective material handling while maintaining a strong focus on quality.
• Coordinate continuous material throughput and shift-to-shift workload turnover.
• Work with manufacturing to meet production schedules and prevent line downtime.
• Help ensure plant systems comply with applicable regulations.

Requirements

• Ability to move equipment and supplies weighing up to 33 pounds within the facility.
• Ability to operate and inspect manufacturing equipment and strap and unstrap pallets.
• Ability to remain stationary, sitting or standing, for approximately 50% of the workday.
• Ability to handle hazardous materials and work in cold and loud environments with required hearing protection.
• Ability to pass a powered industrial truck driving exam; a valid driver's license is not required.
• Corrected vision to 20/25 and color vision may be required depending on the role.
