Salary: €75,000–€87,500 (fixed + performance-based).

What you will do

• Own the product area by defining product vision, roadmap, and key initiatives.
• Lead product execution, working closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with clients, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales to understand user needs in the HR space.
• Drive impact by being accountable for business outcomes, product success metrics, and continuous product improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Product Management in B2B SaaS (5+ years, with at least 3 years of hands-on ownership of full product lifecycle management).
• Fluent English required (additional languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, or German are highly valued).
• Business-driven and data-driven, aligning product strategy with business goals and user needs.
• Possess a keen eye for design and user experience, crafting simple solutions to complex problems.
• Strong communication skills, confident in pitching, influencing, and advocating for product vision.
• Experience working with third-party integrations and platforms, with strong technical intuition.
• GTM (Go-to-Market) experience, ensuring well-coordinated product launches.
