Senior AI Product Manager

Location: Cologne, Germany; remote work possible. Work from home can be arranged individually, including up to 20 days per year from anywhere in the EU.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap and vision for AI products, solutions, and business insights tools.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure measurable business impact.
• Define product value propositions, success KPIs, and key use cases.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, adoption, and integration of AI solutions.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and business analysts to build scalable products.
• Promote data democratization and AI adoption through innovative product design.

Requirements

• Experience in product management focused on AI, machine learning, or data science products.
• Strong technical knowledge of Azure, GCP, Databricks, AI/ML, and LLM technologies.
• Experience taking products from design and conceptualization through working features and use cases.
• Fluent English, spoken and written, required.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate complex topics clearly.
