What you will do

• Lead the collection and analysis of market, customer, competitor, policy, and economic intelligence.
• Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and cross-market patterns supporting growth, access, retention, localization, and school success.
• Establish KPI frameworks, dashboards, forecasting processes, and reporting mechanisms.
• Monitor strategic and commercial objectives, including growth, retention, vitality, access, and pipeline performance.
• Evaluate products, services, programs, and strategic initiatives, including their performance and sustainability.
• Develop business cases and investment analyses while integrating market, portfolio, performance, and operational insights into an enterprise view.

Requirements

• MBA or BA with a business concentration and practical experience.
• Experience in commercial strategy, growth strategy, business consulting, or a related field.
• Experience assessing market opportunities, competitors, customers, and strategic risks.
• Strong business and commercial acumen, including business case development, forecasting, and modeling.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across multiple regions or stakeholder groups.
• Skills in market intelligence, strategic analysis, executive briefing, presentation, business intelligence, CRM, and research tools.
