What you will do

• Define and drive a long-term AI/ML architectural vision aligned with business goals for the next generation of customer engagement.
• Own the strategic roadmap for the ML/AI Ops platform and tooling to unify model development and lifecycle management.
• Implement modern LLM architectures, RAG systems, MCP/tooling frameworks, and inference optimization techniques.
• Lead the architecture for agentic AI systems, focusing on orchestration, reasoning, and contextual grounding.
• Partner with Product Management to translate strategic roadmaps into technical milestones and customer value.
• Act as a player-coach, contributing hands-on technical expertise while providing mentorship to the team.

Requirements

• 15+ years of software engineering experience, with 6+ years specifically building and scaling production-grade ML systems.
• Deep expertise in ML Ops, LLM Ops, transformer models, LLM orchestration, and vector stores.
• Strong understanding of the Context Engineering lifecycle, including semantic retrieval and state management.
• Experience building cloud-based services using AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Relevant publications at top ML conferences or significant open-source contributions.
• Experience designing evaluation frameworks specifically for measuring context quality.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise-scale ML/AI Ops platforms.
