Program Manager III, Engineering (Hybrid) (Cybersecurity)

Location: Sunnyvale, California, USA; hybrid with 2–3 days per week on-site

Salary: $120,000–$180,000 per year, plus bonus and equity eligibility

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale infrastructure programs, including cloud migrations, platform modernization, reliability improvements, and cost optimization.
• Translate business and engineering priorities into roadmaps, schedules, milestones, success metrics, and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate Engineering, SRE, Product Management, platform engineering, and worldwide business units.
• Track dependencies, risks, blockers, operational escalations, change management, and readiness through resolution.
• Facilitate technical and executive communication, Scrum meetings, status reporting, and action-item follow-up.

Requirements

• US citizenship or a Green Card is required.
• 5+ years of technical program or project management experience in large-scale infrastructure or cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, SRE practices, and modern platform architectures.
• Experience leading complex, multi-team programs with measurable business impact.
• Proficiency in Jira and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and facilitation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Background in cybersecurity or high-availability systems.
• Experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows, efficiency, and business outcomes.
