Senior Technical Program Manager - AI Platform Performance & Reliability (AI)

Salary: $160,360–$240,540 base pay annually, plus annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own reliability metrics that gate driverless readiness and drive them toward target outcomes.
• Coordinate execution across AI Platform, Systems, Hardware, and Vehicle Operations teams.
• Build execution plans, track risks and metrics, and provide program updates, decision documents, and risk assessments to leadership.
• Drive issue triage and resolution, maintaining clear ownership and accountability across teams.
• Translate field failure patterns into platform engineering and tooling priorities.
• Improve testing, validation, troubleshooting, and intervention workflows to shorten the cycle from fleet failure to validated fix.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, systems engineering, or software development in robotics, automotive, or related technology domains.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs across software, hardware, autonomy, or systems engineering disciplines.
• Strong understanding of system verification and validation and testing frameworks.
• Ability to manage complex dependencies, drive alignment, and communicate with technical and leadership audiences.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and similar agile program and technical documentation tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with autonomous systems, vehicle platforms, or robotics simulation environments.
• Familiarity with test harnesses, synthetic data generation, regression testing, and scenario replay tools.
• Technical depth in Python, C++, or data tooling pipelines.
• Experience with driverless readiness, safety case validation, or end-to-end system testing.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills for balancing fast-paced execution with structured process discipline.
