Account Specialist, Affiliate Marketing (AI)

Location: Remote, work-from-home within the United States; locations listed include Dallas, Tampa, Orlando, Atlanta, Philadelphia, and Phoenix. Some travel is required for client meetings, conferences, internal meetings, and other events.

Salary: $55,000–$60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

What you will do

• Support Account Directors and senior account managers across multiple client programs.
• Participate in client meetings and help execute affiliate marketing strategies.
• Gather, interpret, and report performance data to produce actionable client insights.
• Monitor key performance metrics and help optimize campaign tactics.
• Support partner relationship management, recruitment, activation, and industry networking.
• Collaborate with operations teams and develop toward independently managing smaller accounts.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience; online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing experience is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and formatting.
• Genuine interest in AI tools, including hands-on experience integrating AI into work.
• Ability to travel when necessary for conferences and team meetings.
• Strong curiosity, critical thinking, resilience, coachability, and client-service orientation.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with affiliate networks and SaaS platforms such as ShareASale, Commission Junction, or Impact.
• Knowledge of HTML.
