Growth Partnerships Lead (Crypto)

Location: Remote-US

Salary: $140,000–$180,000 per year, plus equity and benefits

Phantom builds a self-custody crypto wallet and financial platform for accessing open markets, including perpetuals, prediction markets, tokenized assets, stablecoins, and memes.

What you will do

• Build and launch Phantom's inaugural global affiliate program from zero to one.
• Recruit and onboard content creators, influencers, KOLs, financial publishers, and other affiliate partners.
• Develop relationships with top-tier affiliates and provide support, guidance, and incentives to improve performance.
• Track and analyze clicks, conversions, ROI, revenue, and other program metrics to optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with affiliates on reviews, guides, tutorials, and other promotional content.
• Manage Impact affiliate tracking software, assets, payments, technology improvements, and the event pipeline.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of affiliate marketing experience in consumer fintech, especially app-based businesses.
• Proven experience developing and launching affiliate marketing programs at global scale.
• Deep understanding of crypto affiliate partnerships, including publishers, KOLs, and influencers.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product and Data teams and managing external agencies.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for explaining product benefits through branded content.
• Passion for crypto, Web3, and decentralized finance, or willingness to learn and immerse in the space.
