Affiliate Business Development Manager (Crypto)

What you will do

• Recruit and grow affiliates, VIP traders, and crypto/trading communities and influencers in Poland.
• Plan and run affiliate strategies and campaigns to drive measurable results (content, trading volume, new users, active transactions).
• Own partner relationships from onboarding through ongoing support, aligning affiliate strategies with OKX business objectives.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to refine partnership and growth strategies.
• Collaborate with the product team using market insights to improve product offerings and attract qualified users.
• Initiate and participate in partner meetings to expand cooperation locally and internationally.

Requirements

• Location: Poland (Remote)
• Fluency in English and Polish.
• Proven experience in affiliate operations, performance marketing, or business development in crypto/finance/trading, especially in Poland.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using data/BI tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau/Looker) to drive decisions.
• Solid understanding of affiliate marketing operations including tracking, attribution, and campaign management.
• Highly organized, process-oriented, and comfortable owning partnership operations end-to-end.

Nice to have

• Experience working across time zones and cross-cultural teams.
• Experience with a crypto exchange, trading company, or CFD broker.
• Interest in blockchain and crypto trading.
• Knowledge of other Eastern European languages.
