What you will do

• Build and challenge business cases for candidate and approved AI use cases with process owners and finance.
• Define adoption, performance, and benefit KPIs and maintain benefit cards for each use case.
• Track AI programme value across costs, adoption, usage, and benefit realization using cloud cost management and SaaS consumption data.
• Consolidate use-case data into programme-level value reports for leadership and recommend corrective actions when results deviate from expectations.
• Run post-implementation reviews to verify realized outcomes and feed findings into prioritization and future business cases.
• Own and continuously improve the Value Office methodology, templates, and tooling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, controlling, or consulting.
• Experience building and challenging business cases, including cost-benefit modelling, ROI analysis, and sensitivity analysis.
• Ability to define and operationalize KPI and benefit realization frameworks.
• Strong data analysis skills, including advanced Excel; BI or cloud cost tooling experience is advantageous.
• Understanding of AI and automation initiatives, strong communication skills, and excellent written and spoken English.
