Business Analyst (AI)

Location: Temporary remote work with future relocation to Limassol, Cyprus; office work is required with 42 days of remote work per year.

What you will do

• Gather, validate, and structure requirements with stakeholders as epics, features, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, business rules, and edge cases.
• Model product flows, state and decision logic, and processes when this improves clarity.
• Manage requirements throughout delivery, including changes, decisions, and assumptions.
• Create and maintain a structured, searchable knowledge base covering product behavior and business rules.
• Align Product, Design, QA, and Engineering on scope, risks, dependencies, and constraints.
• Review scenarios and acceptance criteria, support QA, and validate shipped features against intended requirements using AI-assisted analysis where appropriate.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in product development.
• Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems, define business rules, and produce clear, testable requirements.
• Ability to understand complex product logic, identify gaps and risks, and document behavior for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent structured writing and documentation skills.
• Practical experience using modern AI and LLM tools in day-to-day analysis work, with rigorous verification of results.
• English at Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher; documentation and discussions are conducted in English.
