IT / Business Analyst (AI)

Location: Brussels, Belgium; temporary assignments abroad may include France, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.

What you will do

• Drive project work with business stakeholders to clarify, document, and fulfill business requirements.
• Document information needs, functional requirements, business requirement documents, and traceability matrices.
• Collaborate with internal, external, business, and technology stakeholders.
• Research, analyze, recommend, and support the deployment of client solutions.
• Present data-driven analyses and translate complex business and technical problems into clear solutions.
• Deliver client work and contribute to internal culture initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience as a consultant.
• Technical skills in SQL, Python, and other relevant tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, autonomy, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interest in the energy sector, data, and AI-related topics.
• Trilingual French, Dutch, and English required. Work permit sponsorship is not available.
