What you will do

• Contribute to client engagements and fixed-price consulting projects within multidisciplinary teams.
• Work with clients to understand needs and help shape business and technology solutions.
• Support business and functional analysis, project management, architecture, or Agile/Scrum facilitation depending on the project.
• Contribute to business development and maintain trusted client relationships.
• Share knowledge and collaborate with consultants across digital transformation projects.

Requirements

• Recently completed a Master’s degree, ideally in business, IT, economics, or management.
• First experience in Business/IT Consulting or another relevant domain.
• Strong interest in digitalisation, technology, consulting, and digital transformation.
• Skills in one or more of IT Advisory, project management, business or functional analysis, Agile/Scrum, architectural design, ESG, or product management are valued.
• Ability to build trusted client relationships and familiarity with business development approaches.
• Fluent Dutch or French, good working knowledge of the other national language, and fluent English required.
