Instructional Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Develop B2B courses end to end, from learning needs analysis and high-level design to final course documentation.
• Build Skill Trees, Learning Journey Maps, and learning outcome mappings across courses, modules, and lessons.
• Create educational content, projects, practice exercises, assessments, infographics, and other learning aids using subject-matter expert materials.
• Prepare briefs for designers and video editors, along with workshop, seminar, and facilitator materials.
• Analyze client goals, workflows, tools, operational constraints, and learner profiles, then customize curricula, case studies, learning paths, and schedules.
• Audit cognitive load, motivation, difficulty, and outcome alignment while using feedback to improve content and maintain an improvement backlog.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience as an Instructional Designer, Learning Experience Designer, Learning Content Developer, Program Designer, or in a comparable role.
• Experience applying modern learning experience design models, methodologies, and frameworks to complex skills.
• Experience structuring end-to-end learning experiences, including Skill Trees, Learning Journey Maps, and learning outcome mapping.
• Ability to create long reads, projects, practice tasks, infographics, assessments, and other educational materials.
• English proficiency at C1 level required; strong B2 users may also be considered.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Claude Code, or Claude Design.
• Experience creating personal AI agents or workflows, or familiarity with coding.
• Experience adapting curricula for B2B clients based on business goals, workflows, learner profiles, and operational constraints.
