TL;DR
External Quality Lead (SEO/QA): Providing quality leadership for localization, copywriting, and SEO accounts with an accent on final verification, linguistic quality assurance, keyword research, and feedback analysis. Focus on creating instructions and creative briefs, arbitrating LQAs, processing feedback, and supporting account Quality Leads with 8 hours of daily availability.

Location: Remote; CET +/-2 time-zone coverage is preferred.

What you will do

  • Perform final verification on copywriting projects.
  • Create instructions and creative briefs for account work.
  • Conduct linguistic quality assurance, including LQA arbitration.
  • Perform keyword research and keyword quality assurance.
  • Process linguistic feedback and support the main Quality Lead or Quality Manager on assigned accounts.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in quality-related work, including QA, query management, resource management, terminology, guidelines, or linguistic feedback analysis.
  • Previous experience with SEO, copywriting, and QA.
  • Degree in linguistics.
  • Fluent English is required.
  • Knowledge of CAT and quality-management tools, including Semrush, Ahrefs, and WordPress.
  • Availability for 8 hours daily and a long-term commitment are required.

Nice to have

  • Mother-tongue language proficiency and knowledge of a third language.
  • Attention to detail, an inquisitive approach, and strong communication skills.
