Senior Product Manager (Electronic Trading Technology)

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid work with three days per week in the Park Ave corporate office

Salary: $100,000–$175,000 per year

What you will do

• Own product strategy, roadmaps, backlogs, delivery, release planning, client enablement, production support, and ongoing enhancement for electronic trading products.
• Partner with Global Equities trading desks to translate business priorities, client needs, workflows, and regulatory requirements into executable technology outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional delivery across Trading, Engineering, Operations, Risk, Compliance/Supervision, vendors, execution venues, and market-data providers.
• Evaluate and lead modernization, migration, and strategic replacement of trading platforms and related capabilities.
• Manage production incidents and operational escalations by assessing business impact, coordinating stakeholders, and supporting resolution.
• Use trading, operational, incident, client, and user data to measure outcomes and guide prioritization and investment decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related discipline, with at least seven years of product management, product ownership, or related financial-services experience.
• Demonstrated experience with institutional equities, electronic trading, capital markets, or trading technology.
• Knowledge of electronic order lifecycles, routing, execution, market data, reference data, and front-to-back trading workflows.
• Experience owning technology products through strategy, roadmap development, requirements, backlog prioritization, delivery, release, and enhancement.
• Experience partnering with trading stakeholders and cross-functional Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams.
• Must work in the New York City office three days per week; work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience with electronic trading platforms, order management or execution management systems, market data, and routing.
• Experience with platform modernization, migration, vendor evaluation, or strategic technology replacement.
• Experience using product, operational, incident, client, or trading data to evaluate outcomes.
