Head of Finance, Monarch Platform (MedTech)

Salary: $172,000–$297,850 per year

What you will do

• Partner with the Monarch President and Platform Leadership Team on business strategy and financial decision-making.
• Own end-to-end financial management, including planning and analysis, P&L governance, balance sheet and cash flow management, accounting compliance, and performance reporting.
• Evaluate performance against strategic priorities, operating plans, budgets, forecasts, and business objectives.
• Lead operating reviews and translate financial analysis into clear actions and recommendations.
• Partner with commercial and cross-functional leaders on go-to-market strategies, operating models, platform growth, and market adoption.
• Lead, coach, and develop finance managers and analysts while building an inclusive, high-performing culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive finance or related business experience.
• Strong experience in financial planning, forecasting, performance management, investment prioritization, and P&L ownership.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and shaping decisions in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, technical finance capability, analytical rigor, and people leadership skills.
• Preferred credentials include an MBA, CPA, CMA, or another advanced degree or financial certification.

Nice to have

• Experience in medical devices, healthcare, robotics, technology, capital equipment, or another innovation-driven environment.
• Experience supporting growth businesses, new product platforms, or commercial expansion.
• Experience partnering with senior executives in global or matrixed organizations.
