Head of Specialty Care Financial Planning Performance and Launch Excellence (AI)

Location: Hybrid role in Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States; for US and Puerto Rico residents only. Up to 30% travel is expected.

Salary: $247,500–$357,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead global Specialty Care financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reforecasting, and strategic planning.
• Own full P&L management and business review processes for the Specialty Care global business unit.
• Develop financial KPIs, performance indicators, driver-based models, ROI frameworks, and investment analyses.
• Advise senior leadership on strategic finance, business development, due diligence, and integration initiatives.
• Lead finance activities for Launch Excellence and establish capabilities supporting 19 product launches over the next six years.
• Drive dynamic resource allocation, AI adoption, advanced analytics, and digital transformation across finance.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
• 10+ years of financial planning and analysis experience.
• Experience with global business partnering, full P&L management, and complex matrixed organizations.
• Experience presenting to boards, committees, CEOs, and other C-suite executives.
• Proficiency with AI-enabled financial tools, financial systems, and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to translate financial insights into actionable business strategies and influence senior stakeholders.
