Head of Finance (Fintech)

Location: On-site in New York City. Candidates located in or open to relocating to New York City are encouraged to apply.

On-target earnings: $250,000–$300,000 annually, plus equity and bonus.

hirify.global is a Series B fintech company providing a platform that standardizes data, documents, and insights for private investments such as venture capital, hedge funds, and private equity.

What you will do

• Lead accounting and financial operations, including billing, tax, accounts payable, accounts receivable, monthly close, controls, and compliance.
• Prepare board materials, investor updates, fundraising analyses, and executive reporting.
• Own cash flow, runway, capital planning, annual budgeting, long-range planning, and forecasting cycles.
• Advise the CEO and leadership team on growth initiatives, pricing, resource allocation, and other strategic decisions.
• Build FP&A models, reporting, dashboards, and KPI frameworks while analyzing revenue, retention, pricing, customer acquisition, and operating expenses.
• Recruit and lead the finance organization and implement scalable processes, systems, and governance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, strategic finance, or a related field.
• Experience leading finance functions in high-growth technology or SaaS companies.
• Exceptional financial modeling, forecasting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, recurring revenue metrics, and operating drivers.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership and presenting to boards or investors.
• Willingness to work in person with the team in New York City.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, wealth management, alternative investments, or financial services.
• Experience supporting venture-backed companies through multiple growth stages.
• Fundraising, investor relations, corporate development, or financial systems implementation experience.
• CPA, CFA, MBA, or another advanced financial credential.
• Experience building finance teams and familiarity with enterprise SaaS businesses serving financial institutions.
