Location: US - Texas - Dallas; territory covers Dallas South, TX. Approximately 30% travel is required, including some overnight and weekend commitments. No relocation assistance is provided.
Salary: Account Manager: $145,311–$196,597 annual salary; Specialty Account Manager: $158,931–$215,025 annual salary.

What you will do
- Represent TEPEZZA to physicians and healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve annual sales goals.
- Drive product demand through education on disease state and product information.
- Address access, pull-through, reimbursement, and site-of-care needs with relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate field teams, patient services, and market access teams to support account needs.
- Manage customer relationships, territory activity, budgets, compliance, training, and administrative responsibilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or hospital sales experience; equivalent associate degree or high school diploma pathways are accepted.
- For the Specialty Account Manager level: doctorate with 2 years, master’s degree with 6 years, bachelor’s degree with 8 years, or associate degree with 10 years of collective account management, sales, and commercial experience.
- Pharmaceutical account management selling experience and the ability to coordinate across field teams.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a professional and proactive approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to complete company training.
Nice to have
- Buy-and-bill success and/or biologic or infusion experience.
- Sales experience in ophthalmology, endocrinology, rare disease, or specialty disease states.
- Site-of-care, reimbursement, institutional, or integrated delivery network experience.
