Club Manager (Retail)

Location: Revere, Massachusetts, United States

Salary: $110,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the club’s daily operations, profitability, sales performance, and strategic priorities.
• Manage, motivate, develop, and hold team members accountable while building a strong leadership pipeline.
• Create a positive club culture and deliver an excellent shopping experience for members.
• Control operating costs, improve productivity, implement new concepts, and maximize profitability.
• Oversee warehouse management, monitor performance metrics, and communicate results with the Home Office.
• Track local competition and retail trends while maintaining a safe and positive environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a retail store, supermarket, or warehouse operations manager.
• Experience leading and supervising large or cross-functional teams, training employees, and driving results.
• Strong understanding of profit and loss statements, shrink control, staff development, merchandising, customer service, problem solving, and conflict resolution.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, leadership, and team motivation skills.
• Open shift availability and at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or college degree preferred.
